Waitlist Privacy Notice
Effective 27 August 2026 · Version 1.0
This notice covers only the pre-launch waitlist on this site. It explains what happens to the email address you give us. When MindCourse launches, a fuller policy will cover the platform itself.
1. Who we are
The controller of your data is:
- MB MindCoach
- Company registration 307577616
- Žvirgždės k. 5, Žvirgždės k., Pasvalio r., Lithuania LT-39465
- Privacy contact: info@mindcourse.eu
2. What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, whether you signed up as a client or as a specialist, the language you chose, whether you confirmed your address, and the time you gave consent.
- Your email address is encrypted before it is stored.
- We store no name, no phone number, no health information and no payment details.
- We use no cookies beyond what the page needs to function, and no analytics.
3. Why we collect it, and on what basis
The purpose is to send you one email when MindCourse launches.
The legal basis is your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You gave it by ticking the box before submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or by writing to us. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it, and it does not affect the lawfulness of anything we did before.
We will not send you marketing without asking for separate consent first.
4. How long we keep it
- If you unsubscribe, your record is deleted immediately.
- If we have sent you the launch email, your record is deleted 30 days later. The 30 days exist only so we can avoid emailing you twice.
- If you never confirmed your address, your record is deleted after 12 months.
5. Who else can see it
We use two service providers, both Google: Firebase stores the encrypted record in a European data region, and Gmail delivers the email.
Google is established in the United States, so although the database itself is in Europe, your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area as part of operating these services. Those transfers rely on the safeguards in Google’s data processing terms, namely the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell your data and we share it with nobody else.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data (access)
- correct it (rectification)
- delete it (erasure) — the unsubscribe link does this instantly
- restrict or object to how we use it
- send it to you or another provider in a portable form (portability)
- withdraw your consent
7. How to contact us or complain
Write to info@mindcourse.eu. We answer within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you may complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania (VDAI), www.ada.lt, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
8. No tracking and no automated decisions
We do not use tracking pixels, we do not record whether you opened our email, we do not profile you, and nothing about you is decided automatically.
9. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and you are still on the list, we will tell you by email.
